Recipients can change delivery location if they are no longer going to be in with Inflight delivery options. A photo of the item on delivery is provided as standard for all our tracked items, helping to provide additional proof of delivery to you and your customers.1 You can ask us to intercept a delivery (if you or your recipient changes their mind) before it is delivered and request the item is returned to sender for a small fee
